Welcome to Prana Ayurveda &Yoga. Prana is the "breath of life". We actually all have it, and don't need to
"get" it. Prana is the vital, life force energy that sustains us. How we concentrate it, however, will determine
how we live.

As an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Educator and a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, I aim to bring out the vital energy in
minds, and healthy spirits. While a part of Ayurveda can be used to treat disease, the primary focus of the science is to
prevent illness through awareness of the individual body's needs, and achieve better health naturally. This means that
we look at how imbalances are manifesting in the body (anxiety, depression, arthritis, insomnia, digestive issues, weight
issues, etc), find the root cause, and treat the body
before the imbalances turn into disease.  

I am available for to individuals for Ayurvedic Consultations and Ayurvedic Counseling.  Ayurveda addresses
the root cause of the physical and emotional issues that we experience, which will lead to great health and vitality on all
levels.

I am also available to yoga centers and other venues for Ayurvedic Wellness Workshops, and for Kundalini
Yoga Workshops. (Or combine Ayurveda with Kundalini Yoga for a super-charged workshop!)
